In order to do our part to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the 2020 Orange Blossom Ball has been canceled. Please join us again in 2021!

  • Online Registration is now CLOSED. All competitors must have a Registration Identification Number (RIN) at the time of registration. Instructions for registering for a RIN are available here. For late registration via paper entry, download and complete the appropriate entry and waiver forms and sign them. Together with these forms, mail payment check or money order to Fook Tham. See mailing address below. Please mail paper entries by March 16, 2020. After March 16, 2020, competitors should register in person at the event. All late entries are not guaranteed if the heat entered is full.
  • Download and complete the Couple Entry Form and Individual Waivers. Newcomer entrants must have 12 months or less of ballroom dance experience and routines limited to Bronze syllabus figures ONLY. Newcomer, Bronze, Silver, and Gold events are Closed Syllabus. Any individual may enter in their level and no more than one level higher (e.g., Newcomer and Bronze, Bronze and Silver, Silver and Gold, etc.). Online Registration will be closed by 11:59 pm on Monday, March 16th. Deadline to submit payment and waivers is also Monday, March 16th. Entries received after the deadline will be subject to a late fee of $10 per competitor. (When Registration is closed see item 2 below.)
  • Group Payment Worksheet and Group Waivers for Formation Teams need to be downloaded from the  Entry Forms page on the Orange Blossom Ball website, filled out and mailed in with Payment and Signed Waiver Forms. Please include contact phone numbers and email addresses.
  • When Online Registration is completed, add any additional Spectator Tickets and mail signed waivers and payment.

  1. Any Payment not postmarked by Monday, March 16 will be charged a late fee.
  2. Late Registration may be submitted after Monday, March 16 using downloaded Entry and Waivers forms. Entry, waivers, and payment (via check, see above) should be mailed to:

  3. Any Drop/Add changes need to be emailed to fook.tham[at]ucr.edu as soon as possible. Drop/Add during the day of the event will only be allowed if it does not require a new heat to be generated.
